We manufacture single piece weight from 50 Kg. to 5000 Kg.
We take an opportunity to introduce ourselves as manufacturer of Steel, Alloy Steel Casting S.G. Iron Casting.(With our previous firm Metal Temple) from year 2006 onwords. Now we have changed our firm name and location. From 1st August, 2015
At present we are manufacturing for Valves, Pumps Cement, Minning, Suger Industries, Railway, and General Engineering Industries.
We manufacture single piece weight of casting from 50 KG. to 5000 KG. Our annual production capacity of Good Metal is 3600 MT.
About the plant
Our plant has a build up area of 43000 Sq.ft. in 200000 Sq. ft of total area, having Electricity capacity of 1250 HP.
The plant operations commenced in August 2015 and will planning manufacturing an average of 300 tones good metal of casting per month.
We can meet the supply as per customer's requirements and assure you of quality through proper production planning process control and quality systems which has all manufacturing and testing facilities.
Capacity
The unit with a capacity of Good metal 300 tons/month is well equipped with all the facilities of manufacturing and inspection of castings with unit weight in the range of 50 Kg. to 5000 Kg.
We produce Plain carbon Steel, Alloy Steel,Low Alloy Steel, Stainless steel, Manganese Steel and S.G. Iron casting.
